Peak Basements LLC., is locally owned and operated by Mike Vreeman, a second-generation Licensed General contractor in Loveland, CO.  Mike spent his formative years working and learning alongside his father - building the skills he would need to one day launch his own construction business. 

Peak Basements is the culmination of his journey. 

Mike enjoys sharing his skills with homeowners on your basement journey – from the initial design plan to your excitement as your new basement vision takes shape.  

Mike offers his services in Loveland and the surrounding communities of Windsor, Greeley, Johnstown, and Berthoud.
